Event 1
Participation: The event involved 28 citizens, including 3 participants from the city of Taurisano, Melissano and Ruffano (Italy), 3 participants from the city of Martinique (France), 4 participants from the city of Tirane
(Albania) , 3 participants from the city of Suhindol (Bulgaria), 3 participants from the city of Lisbon (Portugal), 3 participants from the city of Pazin (Croatia), 3 participants from the city of Slovenska Bistrica (Slovenia), 3 participants from the city of Madrid (Spain), 3 participants from the city of Sofia (Bulgaria)
Location / Dates: The event took place online, in Taurisano (Italy), 14-15/December 2020 and 14 March 2021
Short description: The meetings offered the following content (inter alia):
– The Coordination Meeting: when the coordinator shared with the partners all the information concerning the administrative and financial management of the project (Cooperation Agreement), the specific roles and
tasks of each entity, the methods to be adopted for carrying out the local activities, the time schedule and the reporting process.
– Introduction to the idea of working groups along the project and their input into the final deliverables of the
project
– Expert input on Solidarity and Intercultural Dialogue – to build the understanding of these concepts
– Different methodologies that could be used by the working Interviews and Feedbacks (google modules) – the experience
